Reservations and Confirmations
- Reservations are subject to the availability of included services (accommodation, transportation, excursions).
- Confirmation will be made once the initial payment is received (minimum 30% of the total package value).
- Deposit: To confirm the reservation of any tour package, a deposit of 50% of the total package value is required. This payment must be made within 48 hours of the quotation confirmation.
- Final payment: The remaining balance (50%) must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip start date. If the reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, full payment must be made at the time of confirmation.
- Payment methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and, in exceptional cases, cash at our office. Surcharges for credit card transactions will apply and will be communicated to the client.
- Prices are expressed in national currency (PEN) or US dollars (USD), as indicated in the quotation.
- They include only the services specified in the itinerary.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by the client: Cancellation requests must be made by email. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
100% refund of the deposit, minus a 10% administrative fee of the total cost per person.
50% refund of the total amount paid to date, minus a 10% administrative fee per person.
No refund will be issued.
Cancellation by the agency: In the event that the agency must cancel a trip due to force majeure (natural disasters, political conflicts, etc.), the client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid or to reschedule the trip for a future date at no additional cost, minus a 20% administrative fee per person.
Modifications
Client-requested modifications: Any changes to dates, passenger names, or included services must be requested in writing.
- More than 45 days before the trip: Changes will be allowed at no charge, subject to service and supplier availability. If changes result in increased costs, these will be borne by the client.
- Less than 45 days before the trip: Modifications may be subject to additional charges imposed by airlines, hotels, or transport providers. These charges will be communicated to the client before confirming the change.
Itinerary changes by the agency: We reserve the right to modify the itinerary in case of unforeseen circumstances, always seeking to offer an alternative of similar quality. Clients will be informed of any significant changes as early as possible.
Liability
- Our agency acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport, guides, etc.). Therefore, we are not responsible for delays, lost luggage, accidents, illnesses, or any other unforeseen events that may occur during the trip caused by third parties.
- All clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any eventuality. We can assist in selecting the best policy.
Traveler Conduct
- The client agrees to respect local regulations, cultural customs, and environmental guidelines during the trip.
- The agency reserves the right to exclude from the tour any passenger who behaves inappropriately or endangers the safety of the group.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Personal information provided will be used solely for trip management, in compliance with current data protection regulations.
Client Documentation
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have all necessary and valid travel documentation (passport, visas, ID, etc.). Costs resulting from inadequate documentation will be borne by the client. No refunds will be issued if a trip is cancelled for this reason.
By making the deposit payment, the client declares to have read, understood, and accepted all the sales policies detailed herein.
